Beginning a remodeling project can be overwhelming. There are many steps to the process but breaking them down into manageable parts helps. The first step can be difficult and we can help.
We are happy to give advice over the phone about general construction costs as they relate to your project. We can also point you to our favorite designers, architects and resources. We can schedule a complementary visit to your site to examine existing conditions and guide you on the next steps.

Some projects can be permitted with the Department of Building and Inspections without plans. These permits can be issued over–the-counter and do not require the services of a professional architect. Kitchens, baths, decks and many interior remodels that do not move walls or change the footprint of the building may fall under this category. Larger projects however will require both architectural and structural drawings.

We specialize in mid to high-end whole house remodels and additions but love to take on mid size and smaller projects as well. Nearly all our work comes from word-of-mouth and we’re very proud of that fact. We offer an outstanding product for a reasonable price. We are rarely the lowest bidder and rarely the highest.
